Who are the new owners?

The ownership group that purchased the company include Ricardo Regalado (aka Ricky), Armando Bello, John Disselkamp, Saul Marchan, Juan Padilla and Mike Dahlke. 

Ricky is the founder of Rozalado Services based in Chicago, IL. He is also the founder of Route - walkthrough, bidding, and job proposal software for facility service businesses. He has also launched his own podcast called Cleaning & Cocktails.

Ricky has been in the cleaning industry for 9 years and is on a mission to Empower the cleaning industry by giving people the power of tech, data and mentorship in order to allow the small business owner to compete with the larger enterprise companies.

Armando is taking over day-to-day operations. He started off as part of the Rozalado cleaning team. From cleaning toilets at 3am to performing walkthroughs to writing proposals, he quickly learned the industry and mastered the craft. He also joined Route early on to help the cleaning companies adopt to the importance of technology while growing your business.

Armando has been leading, coaching, and empowering other business owners since joining the Route team, and has also started a video series called “Bidding with Bello” that covers all things sales and marketing for the cleaning industry!

Why did we decide to sell?

We have decided it’s time to retire from the cleaning industry and start a new chapter in our lives. However, retiring from this industry does not mean we’re retiring from business!

During this process we moved from Minnesota to our new home in Mesa, Arizona, where we’ll be starting a new business in a completely different industry.

We will also be around for a while to help the new owners and the team make this transition.
